The fight for the maximum Betway Premiership points steams ahead tonight between Kaizer Chiefs Football Club and SuperSport United FC.
This match is scheduled for a 19h30 kickoff at FNB Stadium in Johannesburg.
Chiefs are in a prowl for a third successive win for the domestic season. A win will see them jump two places from their current 6th position to 4th. So they will add three points on top of the accumulated 25 from 17 matches.
In the meantime, SuperSport find themselves in unfamiliar territory and sit precariously 12th on the log with 17 points from 17 games this 2024/2025 league campaign
Thus, a victory for them will result in an improvement by two or three places. Suffice to state that SuperSport had the better of Chiefs in their first-round tie in September. However, so much has changed on either side since then – with players coming in and leaving.
Even so, all these likely outcomes and the resultant standings depend on what happens in the other league fixtures planned for Tuesday tonight.
