The quest to progress to the UEFA European Championship 2024 elimination stage intensifies in Group C and D today in host-country Germany.

The European  Championship (Euro) 2024 swivels back with four fixtures in two different groups fighting for a place in the round of 16.

In Cologne,  England completes its Group C matches with Slovenia at RheinEnergieStadion at 21h00.

Meanwhile Denmark will do battle with Serbia at Allianz Arena in Munich at 21h00.

These two matches will kick at the same time.

Even though England leads the group with four ( points), any country can still qualify to the knockout stages of the competition.

At the end of these games, the group leaders and runners-up will gain automatic qualification.

Whereas the team that finishes at position three (3) will contest the four berths reserved for four 3rd-place best finishers in the six group in the Euro 2024.

So, there are a great deal of spectacular fixtures where either team can still progress to the next phase of the tournament.

That said, the Group C games are preceded by the Group D matches scheduled earlier. These matches are set to begin concurrently.
