In a show of force, Morocco annihilated Tanzania in a Group F African Cup of Nations Nations (AFCON) encounter at Stade de San Pédro in IvoryCoast on Wednesday, Jan.17, 2024.

They effortlessly cruised to victory by 3-0 in their first AFCON match. The players who found the back of the are Romain Saïss (30′), Azzedine Ounahi (77’) and Youssef En-Nesyri (80’).

Meanwhile the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) drew 1-1 with Zambia in the same group last night.

As it stands, Morocco tops Group F with three points whereas DRC and Zambia are a point apart in these opening games.
