Orlando Pirates Football Club (FC) are through to the semifinal of the 2023 edition of the Nedbank Cup. 

After holding the mighty Pirates  to a 1-1 draw in open play, giant killers Dondol Stars FC bowed out of the quarter-finals of the Nedbank Cup at Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane.

Playing in the ABC Motsepe league, the 3rd division side to the premier league lost 5-4 on penalties.
