As a second Chippa United FC successive win pushed them to 8th on the DStv Premiership League log, it also sunk Marumo Gallants FC deeper in the relegation tail.
Gallants know no victory this 2022/2023 season after seeing off eight fixtures.
Their loss today at Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Port Elizabeth came when Ronaldo Maarman scored the only goal of the match in the 50th minute.

The Chilli Boys have fetched 11 points in their eight league matches played so far which place them 8th on the log.
For Gallants though, this is their 2nd loss this season. They have mastered merely six points which leave them in the drop zone.
