There are two DStv Premiership League matches this afternoon.

Mastering to open up a 5-point lead at the top of the log, Mamelodi Sundowns welcome Chippa United at Loftus Versfeld Stadium in Pretoria.

Again, in Polokwane, Baroka FC will host Cape Town City FC at Peter Mokaba Stadium this very afternoon in a league draw.

These two Premiership fixtures will both commence at 15:30.

In their quest ot improve their league standing, Chippa travel to Pretoria to rock the seeming runaway boat. The Brazilians [Sundowns] have accumulated 30 points from 14 league games. With SuperSport United and Swallows FC breathing down their neck on 28 points apiece, they may go five points clear with a win against Chippa today at home.

Similarly, a win for the Chilli Boys who are 13th on the table will catapulte them to the top 10 spot. Sundowns are unbeaten this (2020/21) season and that is a high wall Chippa face to overcome this Sunday afternoon. A draw will not be meaningful for Chippa but for the log leaders.
