Minister Ntshavheni replaces the deceased Mthembu in the Presidency

President Cyril Ramaphosa has appointed Khumbudzo Ntshavheni, the Minister of Small Business Development, has been appointed by President Cyril Ramaphosa as the Acting Minister in the Presidency – Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation.

The vacancy was occasioned by the death of Jackson Mthembu last week Thursday, Jan. 21. Ntshavheni will now be responsible for the two portfolios up to the point new arrangements are made and announced.

According to the Presidency, Mthembu lost his life from “COVID-19-related complications”.
