Lamontville Golden Arrows are aiming big this Saturday afternoon. They are hosting log leaders Mamelodi Sundowns for a DStv Premiership League clash at 15:30. Sugar Ray Xulu Stadium will be their meeting turf.

Topping the league with 17 points without a loss so far, Arrows face a formidable opponent to target. Before securing maximum points, they have to content with a star-studded Sundowns on form, a continuation from last season.

Sundowns, for their part, they have very little to fear but keep the momentum in their quest to retain the title. For now though, opening the gap at the pinnacle will be foremost in their objectives.

Yet, this afternoon’s league draw is not settled by any measure. Of course, Arrows will seek to improve their stay in the top eight for as long as they can. Occupying the 6th spot in the standings with seven points from two wins and a draw, they are aimimg better their points.

Both Golden Arrows and Mamelodi Sundowns are playing their 7th game of the 2020/20 season.

All these weekend games in Premier Soccer League are the last matches for this current year.
