Dlamini, AmaZulu coach, steps aside after TTM draw

Tuesday | December 8, 2020

Ayanda Dlamini is no longer the head coach of AmaZulu FC. He stepped aside on Monday of his own volition, the club statement confirmed.

His resignation from the hot seat comes after AmaZulu’s 1-1 draw against Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila in a DStv Premiership League match over the past weekend.

Allan Freese, the assistant coach, takes over the reins on an interim capacity until the new coach arrives, AmaZulu chairman Sandile Zungu was quoted.

Meanwhile Dlamini will be deployed to the development structures of the club, the media release stated.
