South African well-known referee Victor Gomes will officiate in the CAF Super Cup final match between Tunisian and Egyptian giants, Espérance de Tunis and Zamalek on Friday Feb. 14, 2020.

The African club cup holders will fight it out to claim the Super Cup at Thani bin Jassim Stadium in Al Rayyan, Qata

The ultimate winner will go on to participate in the regular annual 2020 FIFA Club World Cup. The current reigning champions crowned in Dec. 2019 are Liverpool FC of England.

Espérance de Tunis are last season’s CAF Champions League’s winners whereas Zamalek clinched the Confederation Cup. Their clash will determine the continental super kings of football in Africa.

Gomes, under the South African Football Association (SAA), will officiate in this titanic battle.
